Stephanie, August 2011

My name is Stephanie, I'm 48 years old and I have been a fitness enthusiast most of my life and worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer for many years.

My passion is long distance running and I have run 3 half marathons and would like to do a full marathon before I hit 50. However each time I increase my distances the niggling injuries occur, most recently, lower back pain, achilles tendonitis and an arthritic type of pain in my big toe.

I've had a few sessions with Garry now where we have been working on areas of tightness and joint flexibility. I have noticed a significant increase in my hip flexibility which has helped relieve some of the back pain and with regular treatment for my big toe joint, achilles tendon and calf area, things are improving there too.

I would certainly recommend treatment with the Hares Clinics in Sawtry to any endurance athlete or regular fitness enthusiast if they are looking to improve any biomechanical inefficiencies, or recover from injury.
