Testimonial - Curing a limp, preventing osteoporosis

The following testimonial has been voluntarily supplied and reproduced in full.

Valerie M, January 2012

Several years ago I discovered that I had an imaginary limp. Well, it wasn't really imaginary, more unrecognised, by me at least! On moving to the Deeping St James area, near Peterborough, and making new friends, alarm bells rang when I was asked about my limp on more than one occasion. When I mentioned this to my family and friends of long standing they all seemed surprised that I was surprised by this! When asked why they hadn't mentioned it to me they all assumed that I knew about it and had accepted that it was just the way I walked.

I made the decision that this needed investigation and made an appointment at the Hares Clinic, which was only a few minutes drive away. I was very impressed with the way in which Garry set about his investigation of this mysterious limp and his subsequent treatment of it. It is strange being massaged and acupunctured (I'm not sure that is a real verb!) for something which you weren't even aware of having, but after his ministrations I am assured that I don't limp any more.

Since then Garry has continued to keep my body in good order. He regularly works on my thumbs, which suffer from excessive gardening and my use of the computer mouse, and keeps them pain free and mobile. He has also helped with my back, neck, and knees, all of which have given trouble from time to time. He identified the onset of osteoporosis with the use of his annual bone density check, allowing my doctor to prescribe preventative calcium and Vitamin D before the osteoporosis could become a problem.

Over the years Garry has also successfully treated my husband for a variety of aches and pains, which are associated with increased age and decreased activity. He provides exercises, which we are not always very good at doing, and encourages us to take more exercise to reinforce the work he does.

If you are looking for an alternative to living on painkillers, or are faced with having to change your lifestyle due to increasing age or illness, then I recommended a visit to the Hares Clinic. I would be most surprised if the help you need is not available there.
