About us
The Hares Clinics Ltd was established in 1987. Over the years new therapies and practitioners have joined the company and additional premises have been acquired. We now offer 4 major treatment modalities: Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Naturopathy and Trigger Point Therapy.Today there are 4 clinic locations within the group practice, at Deeping St James, Sawtry, Steeple Morden and Holborn providing the most comprehensive coverage of Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Huntingdon and Royston plus central London.
As a family run business, it is the primary concern of the partners that the highest levels of patient care are given. With a strong emphasis on continued professional development, practitioners remain up to date with the latest medical training.
Introducing Jen
Jen Frey began working at the clinic as a part time receptionist in 2006, and has since taken over the role of Practice Manager. Jen organises the office and is responsible for purchasing as well as management of the company accounts. Jen will usually be the first person you speak to.
Jen is definitely the 'Girl Friday' of the business, doing a fabulous job of helping patients, practitioners and suppliers alike, always doing her best to ensure a smooth operation, and often multi-tasking beyond the call of duty! We couldn't manage without her, thanks Jen!

Cancellation policy
Please always give as much notice of cancellation as possible to allow other patients who may be waiting the opportunity to be seen.- Full fee will be charged if less than 2 hours notice is given
- 1/2 fee will be charged if between 2 - 4 hours notice is given
- No fee is charged if more than 4 hours notice is given
Giving blood after having Acupuncture
If you have received Acupuncture from a qualified health professional who is registered with a statutory body such as the GOsC or BAcC, as we are, you are clear to donate your blood immediately.Further information from the NHS Blood Doners service is available here.
