Julie Grint

Complementary therapy training began in 2011. I have since gained ITEC Level 3 Diplomas in Reflexology & Massage, as well as ongoing certification for continued professional development including Advanced reflexology, Facial reflexology and Pregnancy reflexology. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (MFHT).

My focus is on relieving symptoms associated with stress to improve the health and well-being of my clients.

Stress is a major contributor to ill-health often resulting in depression, chronic pain, anxiety and fatigue. Reflexology works physically and energetically, providing deep relaxation, allowing the body much needed time and space to rest and recuperate, encouraging all the body's systems to work in unity.

Through my understanding and knowledge of the mind-body connection and the importance of relaxation, having been a sufferer of chronic stress myself, I am now equipped to help others reduce stress and improve their health.

Charles Stevenson offers hypnotherapy at The Hares Clinics in Sawtry and Deeping
Charles Stevenson, MNCP (Snr. Accred.)

Charles Stevenson

"Charles Stevenson, hypnotherapist specialises in helping clients to quickly let go of old habits and old ways of thinking, so they can truly enjoy their lives."

I became interested in hypnotherapy in the mid 1990's when I went to a hypnotherapist to try to discover why issues from my childhood were still troubling me decades later. Outwardly I appeared to be doing well with a well-paid career in management consultancy but inwardly I was ready to explode at a moments notice, always on edge, however I just couldn't work out why.

Amazed as to how quickly positive changes began to happen for me, I studied the subject further and then recognised this was something that I felt I could help other people with.
